Owndex: Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Owndex (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Owndex is a personal tool for recording your product warranties, return windows, and receipts, and for reminding you before they expire. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not Legal or Warranty Advice

Owndex helps you organize information you enter. It does not create, extend, or guarantee any warranty or return right, and its reminders and calculations are provided for convenience only. Always rely on the seller’s or manufacturer’s official terms for any claim. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Subscriptions (Owndex Pro)

Owndex Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and/or a one-time purchase. Price and duration are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Purchases are subject to the store’s terms, which govern refunds.

4. Your Content

The data and photos you add remain yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data; we are not liable for data loss.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any law.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including missed warranty or return deadlines.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Owndex’i (“Uygulama”) indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Hizmet

Owndex; ürün garantilerini, iade sürelerini ve fişleri kaydetmen ve süreleri bitmeden seni hatırlatması için kişisel bir araçtır. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanımın için sunulur.

2. Hukuki veya Garanti Tavsiyesi Değildir

Owndex, girdiğin bilgileri düzenlemene yardımcı olur. Hiçbir garanti veya iade hakkı oluşturmaz, uzatmaz veya garanti etmez; hatırlatmaları ve hesaplamaları yalnızca kolaylık amaçlıdır. Herhangi bir talep için daima satıcının veya üreticinin resmi koşullarına güven. Girdiğin verilerin doğruluğundan sen sorumlusun.

3. Abonelikler (Owndex Pro)

Owndex Pro; otomatik yenilenen abonelik ve/veya tek seferlik satın alma olarak sunulur. Fiyat ve süre satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir. Ödeme Apple veya Google hesabından alınır. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönet veya iptal et. Satın almalar, iadeleri düzenleyen mağaza koşullarına tabidir.

4. İçeriğin

Eklediğin veriler ve fotoğraflar sana aittir ve cihazında saklanır. Verilerini yedeklemek senin sorumluluğundadır; veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kötüye kullanma, tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışma veya herhangi bir yasayı ihlal edecek şekilde kullanma.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama “olduğu gibi”, hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, kaçırılan garanti/iade süreleri dahil dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir.
