TestRoster ("Uygulama"), Ümit Can Erim ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulan, Google Play kapalı test sürecini yürütmeye yarayan bir Android uygulamasıdır. Bu politika hangi verinin neden işlendiğini açıklar.
Uygulama misafir oturumla açılır: arka planda anonim bir kullanıcı kaydı oluşturulur, ad ya da e-posta istenmez. E-posta yalnızca siz hesap eklerseniz toplanır. Hesap eklemek üç iş için gerekir: kendi kapalı testinize gerçek tester çağırmak, başkalarının testine tester olarak katılmak ve abonelik satın almak.

Android'in "kullanım erişimi" izni isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca test edilen uygulamada geçen süreyi ölçmek için kullanılır. İzin vermezseniz süreyi elle başlatırsınız; kayıt "düşük güven" olarak işaretlenir. Uygulama başka uygulamaların ekran içeriğini okumaz; AccessibilityService kullanılmaz.
Uygulamasını test ettirdiğiniz geliştirici sizin gerçek kimliğinizi görmez; yalnızca takma adınızı (örn. tester-4f2a91c3) görür. E-posta adresiniz hiçbir ekranda ve hiçbir dışa aktarımda geliştiriciye gösterilmez.
Kapalı testin tester listesi tek bir Google Grubudur: [email protected]. Gruba katılım Google tarafında gerçekleşir ve Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Grup üyelerinin e-posta adresleri diğer üyelere kapalıdır; yalnızca grup sahibi görebilir.
Veriler üçüncü taraflara satılmaz. Paylaşım yalnızca şu iki yerdedir: yazdığınız geri bildirim ve hata raporu, test ettiğiniz uygulamanın geliştiricisine iletilir; altyapı sağlayıcıları (Supabase — barındırma ve veritabanı, Google Play — satın alma) kendi politikaları çerçevesinde işler.
Kayıtlar kampanya ve yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur. Uygulama içinden hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz; talep üzerine kişisel veriler silinir, yasal olarak saklanması gereken satın alma kayıtları anonimleştirilerek tutulur.
Uygulama geliştiricilere yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamaz.

TestRoster (the "App") is an Android app by Ümit Can Erim (the "Developer") for running Google Play closed testing. This policy explains what data is processed and why.
The App opens with a guest session: an anonymous user record is created in the background, and no name or email is requested. Email is collected only if you add an account. An account is needed for three things: inviting real testers to your own closed test, joining someone else's test as a tester, and buying a subscription.

Android's "usage access" permission is optional and is used only to measure time spent in the app being tested. Without it you start the timer manually and the record is marked "low confidence". The App does not read the screen content of other apps and does not use AccessibilityService.
The developer whose app you test never sees your real identity — only your alias (e.g. tester-4f2a91c3). Your email address is never shown to a developer on any screen or in any export.
The tester list for closed testing is a single Google Group: [email protected]. Joining happens on Google's side and is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Members' email addresses are hidden from other members; only the group owner can see them.
Data is never sold. Sharing happens in two places only: the feedback and bug reports you write are delivered to the developer of the app you tested; infrastructure providers (Supabase for hosting and database, Google Play for purchases) process data under their own policies.
Records are kept for the campaign and legal retention periods. You can request deletion of your account and data from inside the App; personal data is deleted, while purchase records that must be retained by law are kept in anonymised form.
The App is aimed at developers and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
