🌙 AstroRota — Gizlilik Politikası

AstroRota ("Uygulama"), Ümit Can Erim ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulan bir astrolojik takvim uygulamasıdır: Ay boşlukta dönemleri, gezegen retroları ve ay fazları. Bu politika, Uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar.

Topladığımız Veriler

• Hesap yok, sunucu yok: Uygulama hesap oluşturmaz ve verilerinizi tutan bir sunucumuz yoktur. Saat diliminiz, ilgi alanlarınız, favorileriniz ve kurduğunuz uyarılar yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu veriler de silinir.
• Doğum bilgisi (isteğe bağlı): Yorumları kişiselleştirmek için doğum tarihi/saati girebilirsiniz. Bu bilgi cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz: sunucuya gönderilmez, analitiğe gönderilmez ve dilediğiniz an tek başına silinebilir. Bu adımı tamamen atlayabilirsiniz.
• Konum: Konum izni istemiyoruz. Saatleri doğru göstermek için yalnızca saat dilimi yeterlidir; istersen listeden bir şehir seçebilirsin.
• Gök verisi: Takvim, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory'nin kamuya açık efemeris verisinden önceden hesaplanmış bir katalog olarak Uygulamayla birlikte gelir. Hesaplama cihazınızda yapılmaz ve size ait hiçbir veri bu hesaba girmez.
• Bildirimler: Uyarılar cihaz üstünde planlanır. Push sunucusu kullanmıyoruz, cihaz bildirim jetonu (token) toplamıyoruz ve hangi uyarıları kurduğunuz hiçbir yere gönderilmiyor.
• Satın almalar: Tek seferlik Pro açılımı App Store / Google Play tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerinize erişimimiz yoktur. Satın alma durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat kullanılır ve bu servise kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilebilecek kişisel bir bilgi gönderilmez.
• Kullanım ölçümü: Uygulamanın hangi ekranlarının kullanıldığını anlamak için ölçüm araçları (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) kullanılabilir. Bu araçlara doğum bilgisi, serbest metin veya konum koordinatı gönderilmez; olay şemaları böyle bir alan içermeyecek biçimde tiplenmiştir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta izniniz olmadan izleme amaçlı ölçüm yapılmaz.
• Reklamlar: Ücretsiz kullanımda Google AdMob reklamları gösterilebilir. AdMob, reklam tanımlayıcıları (IDFA/GAID) ve cihaz bilgilerini Google'ın politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir. AEA/BK'da Google'ın onay formu (UMP) ile izin isteriz. Ayrıntı: Google Gizlilik Politikası, AdMob veri kullanımı.

Veri Paylaşımı ve Saklama

Geliştirici kişisel verilerinizi toplamaz, saklamaz ve satmaz. Uygulama verileriniz cihazınızdadır. Yukarıda sayılan üçüncü taraf servisler (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) verileri kendi politikaları çerçevesinde işler.

Haklarınız

Verileriniz cihazınızda olduğu için silme hakkınızı doğrudan kullanabilirsiniz: doğum bilgisini Profil ekranından tek başına silebilir, Uygulamayı silerek tüm verileri kaldırabilirsiniz. Ek bir talep için bize yazabilirsiniz.

Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama genel bir kitleye yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir ve önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde duyurulur.

🌙 AstroRota — Privacy Policy

AstroRota (the "App") is an astrological calendar app by Ümit Can Erim (the "Developer"): void-of-course Moon periods, planetary retrogrades and Moon phases. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the App.

Data We Collect

• No account, no server: The App creates no account and we run no server that holds your data. Your time zone, interests, favourites and alerts are stored on your device only. Deleting the App deletes them.
• Birth details (optional): You may enter a birth date/time to personalise interpretations. This never leaves your device: it is not sent to any server, not sent to analytics, and can be deleted on its own at any time. You can skip this step entirely.
• Location: We do not request location permission. A time zone is enough to show times correctly; you may optionally pick a city from a list.
• Astronomical data: The calendar ships with the App as a catalogue precomputed from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory's public ephemeris data. No data of yours enters that calculation.
• Notifications: Alerts are scheduled on the device. We use no push server, collect no device push token, and the alerts you set up are never transmitted.
• Purchases: The one-time Pro unlock is processed by the App Store / Google Play; we have no access to your payment details. RevenueCat is used to manage entitlement state and receives no personal information that identifies you.
• Usage measurement: Tools such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may be used to understand which screens are used. No birth details, free text or location coordinates are sent; the event schemas are typed so that no such field exists. In the EEA and the UK, tracking-purpose measurement does not run without your consent.
• Advertising: Google AdMob ads may be shown in free use. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and device information under Google's policies. In the EEA/UK we ask for consent through Google's UMP form. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data usage.

Sharing and Retention

The Developer does not collect, store or sell your personal data. Your app data lives on your device. The third-party services listed above (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) process data under their own policies.

Your Rights

Because your data is on your device, you can exercise deletion directly: remove birth details on their own from the Profile screen, or delete the App to remove everything. You may also contact us with any request.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date is updated and material changes are announced in the App.
