Owndex (“the App”, “we”) helps you keep track of your product warranties, return windows, and receipts. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your data.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Owndex does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information. We do not run our own servers that store your warranties, receipts, or photos.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The items you add (product names, stores, purchase dates, warranty and return details, notes, and the receipt/product photos you attach) are stored locally on your device. This data leaves your device only when you explicitly back it up or export it (see sections 5 and 6).
3. Photos
When you attach a photo, the App copies it into its own storage on your device with your permission. Photos are used only to display your items, to include them in a PDF you export, and — if you turn on cloud backup — to store in your own cloud (section 5). They are not uploaded to us.
4. Notifications
With your permission, the App schedules local reminders before a warranty or return window ends. These are generated on your device; no reminder data is sent to us.
5. Cloud Backup — to Your Own Cloud (Owndex Pro)
If you enable cloud backup, the App copies your items and receipt photos into a folder in your own cloud storage — a Google Drive / OneDrive / Yandex.Disk (or similar) folder you choose on Android, or Files / iCloud on iOS. This backup goes directly from your device to your cloud account. We never receive, see, or store it. If your phone changes or breaks, sign in to the same cloud and restore everything. You can delete the backup at any time from your own cloud, and you control the folder-access permission the App requests.
6. Manual Backup and PDF Export
If you use manual Backup or PDF export, the App creates a file (JSON or PDF) and hands it to your system share sheet so you can save or send it wherever you choose. Where that file goes is entirely under your control; we never receive it.
7. Advertising (Free Version)
The free version of Owndex shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device and usage identifiers, including your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), approximate/coarse signals, and ad-interaction data. On iOS you are asked for permission first (App Tracking Transparency) and may decline. See Google’s advertising policies. Owndex Pro removes all ads and this ad-related data collection.
8. In-App Purchases
Owndex Pro is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription management by RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment-card details. RevenueCat processes a random app-user identifier and purchase status to manage your subscription. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with a revised date.

3. Fotos
Wenn du ein Foto anhängst, kopiert die App es mit deiner Erlaubnis in ihren eigenen Speicher auf deinem Gerät. Fotos werden nur verwendet, um deine Artikel anzuzeigen, sie in eine von dir exportierte PDF aufzunehmen und — falls du das Cloud-Backup aktivierst — in deiner eigenen Cloud zu speichern (Abschnitt 5). Sie werden nicht zu uns hochgeladen.
4. Benachrichtigungen
Mit deiner Erlaubnis plant die App lokale Erinnerungen, bevor eine Garantie oder Rückgabefrist endet. Diese werden auf deinem Gerät erzeugt; es werden keine Erinnerungsdaten an uns gesendet.
5. Cloud-Backup — in deine eigene Cloud (Owndex Pro)
Wenn du das Cloud-Backup aktivierst, kopiert die App deine Artikel und Belegfotos in einen Ordner in deinem eigenen Cloud-Speicher — einen von dir gewählten Google-Drive-/OneDrive-/Yandex.Disk-Ordner (oder ähnlich) unter Android bzw. Dateien / iCloud unter iOS. Dieses Backup geht direkt von deinem Gerät zu deinem Cloud-Konto. Wir erhalten, sehen oder speichern es niemals. Wenn dein Telefon wechselt oder kaputtgeht, melde dich in derselben Cloud an und stelle alles wieder her. Du kannst das Backup jederzeit aus deiner eigenen Cloud löschen und kontrollierst die Ordnerzugriffsberechtigung, die die App anfragt.
6. Manuelles Backup und PDF-Export
Wenn du das manuelle Backup oder den PDF-Export nutzt, erstellt die App eine Datei (JSON oder PDF) und übergibt sie deinem System-Teilen-Dialog, damit du sie speichern oder senden kannst, wohin du möchtest. Wohin diese Datei geht, liegt vollständig in deiner Kontrolle; wir erhalten sie niemals.
7. Werbung (kostenlose Version)
Die kostenlose Version von Owndex zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob. Zum Ausliefern und Messen von Werbung kann AdMob Geräte- und Nutzungskennungen erheben, einschließlich deiner Werbe-ID (IDFA unter iOS, Werbe-ID unter Android), ungefährer Signale und Interaktionsdaten mit Anzeigen. Unter iOS wirst du zuerst um Erlaubnis gebeten (App Tracking Transparency) und kannst ablehnen. Siehe Googles Werberichtlinien. 8. In-App-Käufe

Ces données ne quittent ton appareil que lorsque tu les sauvegardes ou les exportes explicitement (voir sections 5 et 6).
3. Photos
Lorsque tu joins une photo, l’App la copie avec ta permission dans son propre stockage sur ton appareil. Les photos servent uniquement à afficher tes articles, à les inclure dans un PDF que tu exportes et — si tu actives la sauvegarde cloud — à les stocker dans ton propre cloud (section 5). Elles ne nous sont pas transmises.
4. Notifications
Avec ta permission, l’App programme des rappels locaux avant la fin d’une garantie ou d’un délai de retour. Ils sont générés sur ton appareil ; aucune donnée de rappel ne nous est envoyée.
5. Sauvegarde cloud — vers ton propre cloud (Owndex Pro)
Si tu actives la sauvegarde cloud, l’App copie tes articles et photos de reçus dans un dossier de ton propre espace cloud — un dossier Google Drive / OneDrive / Yandex.Disk (ou similaire) que tu choisis sous Android, ou Fichiers / iCloud sous iOS. Cette sauvegarde va directement de ton appareil vers ton compte cloud. Nous ne la recevons, ne la voyons et ne la stockons jamais. Si ton téléphone change ou tombe en panne, connecte-toi au même cloud et restaure tout. Tu peux supprimer la sauvegarde à tout moment depuis ton propre cloud, et tu contrôles l’autorisation d’accès au dossier demandée par l’App.
6. Sauvegarde manuelle et export PDF
Si tu utilises la sauvegarde manuelle ou l’export PDF, l’App crée un fichier (JSON ou PDF) et le transmet à la feuille de partage du système afin que toi puisses l’enregistrer ou l’envoyer où tu veux. La destination de ce fichier est entièrement sous ton contrôle ; nous ne le recevons jamais.
7. Publicité (version gratuite)
La version gratuite d’Owndex affiche des publicités via Google AdMob. Pour diffuser et mesurer les publicités, AdMob peut collecter des identifiants d’appareil et d’usage, dont ton identifiant publicitaire (IDFA sur iOS, Advertising ID sur Android), des signaux approximatifs et des données d’interaction publicitaire. Sur iOS, ta permission est d’abord demandée (App Tracking Transparency) et tu peux refuser. Voir les règles publicitaires de Google. 8. Achats intégrés
