Owndex: Privacy Policy

Owndex (“the App”, “we”) helps you keep track of your product warranties, return windows, and receipts. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Owndex does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information. We do not run our own servers that store your personal data, and the App contains no advertising.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The items you add (product names, stores, purchase dates, warranty and return details, notes, and the receipt/product photos you attach) are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device except when you explicitly export it (see “Backup” and “PDF export” below).

3. Photos

When you attach a photo, the App copies it into its own storage on your device with your permission. Photos are used only to display your items and to include them in a PDF you choose to export. They are not uploaded to us.

4. Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules local reminders before a warranty or return window ends. These are generated on your device; no reminder data is sent to us.

5. Backup and PDF Export

If you use Backup or PDF export, the App creates a file (JSON or PDF) and hands it to your system share sheet so you can save or send it wherever you choose. Where that file goes is entirely under your control; we never receive it.

6. In-App Purchases

Owndex Pro is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription management by RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment-card details. RevenueCat processes a random app-user identifier and purchase status to manage your subscription. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with a revised date.

Owndex (“Uygulama”, “biz”), ürün garantilerini, iade sürelerini ve fişleri takip etmene yardımcı olur. Gizliliğine saygı duyuyoruz. Bu politika, Uygulamanın verilerinle ne yapıp ne yapmadığını açıklar.

1. Toplamadığımız Bilgiler

Owndex hesap açmanı gerektirmez ve adını, e-postanı, telefonunu veya seni doğrudan tanımlayan hiçbir kişisel bilgiyi toplamaz. Kişisel verilerini saklayan kendi sunucularımız yoktur ve Uygulamada hiç reklam yoktur.

2. Cihazında Saklanan Veriler

Eklediğin eşyalar (ürün adları, mağazalar, satın alma tarihleri, garanti ve iade bilgileri, notlar ve eklediğin fiş/ürün fotoğrafları) yalnızca cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler, sen açıkça dışa aktarmadıkça (aşağıdaki “Yedekleme” ve “PDF”) cihazından hiçbir yere gitmez.

3. Fotoğraflar

Bir fotoğraf eklediğinde, Uygulama izninle onu cihazındaki kendi deposuna kopyalar. Fotoğraflar yalnızca eşyalarını göstermek ve senin dışa aktardığın PDF’e eklemek için kullanılır; bize yüklenmez.

4. Bildirimler

İzninle Uygulama, garanti veya iade süresi bitmeden önce yerel hatırlatmalar planlar. Bunlar cihazında üretilir; hiçbir hatırlatma verisi bize gönderilmez.

5. Yedekleme ve PDF Dışa Aktarma

Yedekleme veya PDF dışa aktarmayı kullanırsan, Uygulama bir dosya (JSON veya PDF) oluşturup sistem paylaşım ekranına verir; böylece sen istediğin yere kaydeder ya da gönderirsin. Dosyanın nereye gideceği tamamen senin kontrolündedir; biz asla almayız.

6. Uygulama İçi Satın Alma

Owndex Pro, Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir; abonelik yönetimi RevenueCat ile yapılır. Ödeme kartı bilgilerini asla almaz veya saklamayız. RevenueCat, aboneliğini yönetmek için rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma durumunu işler. RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.

7. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların bilgilerini toplamaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; değişiklikler güncellenmiş tarihle bu sayfada yayınlanır.
