En sık sebep, tester grubunun Play Console'a eklenmemiş olmasıdır. Play Console'da uygulamanızı açın: Test et ve yayınla → Test → Kapalı test → kullandığınız parkur → Testerlar sekmesi → Google Grupları → [email protected] → kaydedin ve parkuru yayınlayın. Bu adım yapılmadan Play, gruptaki kişilere erişim vermez.
Katılım bağlantısı şu biçimde olmalıdır: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/<paket adı>. Mağaza sayfası bağlantısı (/store/apps/details?id=…) kapalı teste giriş vermez. Uygulama, girdiğiniz bağlantının paket adınızla eşleştiğini kontrol eder.
Ölçüm, Android'in "kullanım erişimi" iznine bağlıdır ve izin isteğe bağlıdır. İzin vermezseniz süreyi elle başlatırsınız; kayıt "düşük güven" olarak işaretlenir. İzni Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Özel uygulama erişimi → Kullanım erişimi altından açabilirsiniz.
Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini uygulama içinden talep edebilirsiniz. Talebiniz ulaşmazsa yukarıdaki adrese yazın.

The most common cause is that the tester group has not been added in Play Console. Open your app there: Test and release → Testing → Closed testing → your track → Testers tab → Google Groups → [email protected] → save and roll out the track. Without this step Play does not grant access to people in the group.
The opt-in link must look like https://play.google.com/apps/testing/<package name>. A store page link (/store/apps/details?id=…) does not grant access to a closed test. The app checks that the link you enter matches your package name.
Measurement depends on Android's optional "usage access" permission. Without it you start the timer manually and the record is marked "low confidence". You can enable it under Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access.
You can request deletion of your account and data from inside the app. If your request does not arrive, write to the address above.
