AstroRota'yı ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Uygulama Ümit Can Erim ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulur.
Size, Uygulamayı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştüremez, kiralayamaz, satamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
AstroRota Pro tek seferlik bir satın almadır; otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik değildir. Bir kez satın alındığında yenilenmez, sizden tekrar ücret alınmaz ve iptal edilecek bir yenileme yoktur.
Uygulamadaki astronomik hesaplar (Ay boşlukta aralıkları, retro dönemleri, ay fazları) NASA JPL'nin kamuya açık efemeris verisine dayanır. Astrolojik yorumlar eğlence ve kişisel ilgi amaçlıdır. Uygulama tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya psikolojik tavsiye vermez ve bu alanlarda profesyonel danışmanlık yerine geçmez. Alacağınız kararların sorumluluğu size aittir.
Uyarılar cihazınızda planlanır. İşletim sistemi kısıtları (örneğin iOS'un bekleyen bildirim sınırı), odaklanma modu veya sistem ayarlarınız nedeniyle bir bildirimin tam zamanında gösterileceği garanti edilemez.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Geliştirici, dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değildir; toplam sorumluluk Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz.
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisans sona erer. Uygulamayı silerek her zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.
Apple ve Google, bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ancak Uygulamayı ilgili mağazadan edindiyseniz bu sözleşmenin lehtar üçüncü tarafı sayılır ve uygulanmasını talep edebilir. Apple App Store'dan edinilen kopyalar için Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; çelişki hâlinde bu belgedeki hükümler önce gelir.

By downloading or using AstroRota (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Ümit Can Erim (the "Developer").
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, rent, sell or redistribute the App.
AstroRota Pro is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. Once bought it does not renew, you are never charged again, and there is no renewal to cancel.
The astronomical calculations in the App (void-of-course periods, retrogrades, Moon phases) are based on NASA JPL's public ephemeris data. Astrological interpretations are for entertainment and personal interest. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Alerts are scheduled on your device. Because of operating-system limits (such as iOS's pending-notification cap), focus modes or your system settings, exact delivery cannot be guaranteed.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
These terms may be updated; the effective date will change. The licence ends if you breach these terms. You may end use at any time by deleting the App.
Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, but if you obtained the App from their store they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce it. For copies obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts, the terms in this document prevail.
