About Erimworks
Erimworks is an independent software studio based in Türkiye. It develops 5 management platforms that run institutional processes on a single database for universities, medical tourism clinics and schools, and publishes 8 mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play under the developer name Erimworks. Design, development, deployment and support are handled directly by the founder.
What we build
Erimworks builds two kinds of product: browser-based B2B platforms through which institutions run their own processes, and mobile apps for end users.

Mobile apps: ChemBioCalc (laboratory calculators), Dozify (GLP-1 dose tracking), Scanyra (document scanner), QRwise (QR codes), Owndex (warranty and receipt tracking), Match Manor (puzzle), AstroRota (Moon and retrograde calendar); Pikaro and Restla stay on the store and receive no new features.
How we work
- One deployment per institution. Every B2B deployment is configured around the institution's unit structure, business rules and permission scheme. The licence is quoted based on user count and selected modules, and runs in the cloud or on the institution's own server.
- Tenant isolation at database level. Each institution's data is held in its own tenant record; the separation is enforced not in application code but in the database's row-level security (RLS) rules.
- One database, several modules. UNVPortal's Labs, Exams and Quality modules read unit, staff and course definitions once; the same data is not entered twice. Modules can be licensed separately.
- Two interface languages. The platforms ship with Turkish and English interfaces; the legal texts of the mobile apps are published in up to 18 languages.
- Response time. Institutional enquiries are answered within a business day, app support requests within two, through contact@erimworks.com.
Founder
Erimworks was founded and is run by Ümit Can Erim. Every product is developed single-handedly, including requirements analysis, the data model, the interface, the mobile client (React Native / Expo) and store publishing. Data and privacy principles
On the enterprise platforms the data controller is the institution itself; Erimworks, as data processor, carries out only the operations the deployment requires and does not share institutional data with third parties. Each mobile app has its own privacy policy and terms of use (EULA), reached from the app's page. The erimworks.com website's own privacy notice is published separately (in Turkish, with an English summary).
